Detroit, heart of the American car industry, traditionally hosts the first motor show of the year each January. And the 2014 Detroit Motor Show has not disappointed, with a substantial number of new debuts and a chance to see some existing favourites, too.
General Motor's Buick brand is blossoming in China, so the automaker chose the largest Chinese Auto Show this year to unveil its latest concept: the Invicta. Unlike the Riviera concept shown in Shanghai last year, the Invicta is slated for production soon given the level of refinement we saw when we viewed the car in Beijing. And unlike some market-specific new cars unveiled at the show, the Invicta will make its way to other markets across the globe. 2013 Kia Sorento facelift
The 2013 Kia Sorento facelift has been revealed ahead of a debut at the New York Motor Show in April. Ahead of a public debut at the New York Motor Show in April, Kia has revealed a facelift for the Sorento crossover / SUV, although it’s not exactly comprehensive. Top of the noticeable stuff on the new Sorento is the adoption of the latest Kia signature grill, with a reddeigned front bumper and tweaks to the air intakes and fogs.
